Method of preparation:

Wash and peel the carrot. Wash the zucchini and cut the vegetables into small pieces.
Steam for about 20 minutes until completely tender.
Check the fish carefully for any remaining bones and steam it thoroughly during the last few minutes of cooking.
Puree the vegetables and fish to a texture suitable for the baby's stage. Add a little water if necessary.
Add the rapeseed oil to the finished dish and stir.

Next Steps / Age Adaptations

Gradually make the puree thicker and with fine soft particles. As skills improve, serve vegetables mashed and well-cooked fish in soft flakes, encouraging independent eating.
